Vivo’s new phone with model number V2059 was spotted on GeekBench back in April 2021. According to the GeekBench report, the V2059 model will launch with Android 11 OS. An octa-core Chinese Processor Mediatek MT6785 will be powering the Vivo V2059. MediaTek MT6785 processor is loaded in Vivo V2059, which can be Mediatek Helio G90 or Helio G90T with a clock speed of 2GHz.
Vivo V2059 received Android Certification
Today I spotted that V2059 received Android Certification and is now listed on Android’s official list of supported devices. However, the device name is not clear as of now. We may see more leaks and updates about this device in the upcoming days. I am pretty sure that Vivo will be launching V2059 very soon as the device received Android certification.
Even if the name is not clear, I am guessing that it can be the upcoming Vivo X, Y series, or S series Flagship Model. It is expected that this smartphone from Vivo can launch in the price range of $206 and $274. In GeekBench, this smartphone got a good score of 452 in single-core and 1419 in multi-core.
As per the GeekBench results, I expect Vivo V2059 to be a gaming phone in middle-range smartphones. A gaming phone in the price range of $200 to $275 is not a bad choice.
