Twitter Fleets ads are on the way, here’s the first look

Twitter launched an Instagram story-like feature called Twitter Fleets in November 2020. It became very popular among people as it is heavily used by a lot of people right now.

In a recent report by Innovative Beast, they stated that Twitter is coming up with Twitter Fleets Ads along with other features like Audience picker and Twitter Community Pages. Twitter Community pages are like Facebook Groups but for Twitter.

It was found through reverse-engineering the Twitter app, by a famous leaker named Alessandro Paluzzi.

Now, the same leaker is able to produce the upcoming layout of Twitter Fleets Ads or Sponsored Fleets. Here’s the screenshot of a test sponsored fleet shared by Alessandro Paluzzi:

These screenshots show us that it looks very similar to those Sponsored stories on Instagram. We get an option to mark an ad as “I don’t like this ad” and also the advertiser can be muted directly from Twitter fleets ads.

We will report the upcoming updates about this Twitter Fleets Ads progress so, stay tuned.
