Twitter added Paytm option for Tips in India

Twitter Tips of Tips Jar is a feature in Twitter that allows Professional accounts to add third-party payment providers to their profile. By using Tips Jar, followers can support their favourite creators financially.

Tips Jar was launched back in May 2021 with few payment providers like Venmo and PayPal. Later on, Twitter kept adding more payment provider as we got to discussed with Twitter product manager.

Today, Twitter added Paytm as their new option in Tips Jar section. Now, Twitter users can accept Tips with PayTm.

As you can see, PayTm is also showing up along with other payment options. It asks for your phone number to receive Tips with PayTm.

After clicking the PayTm option in Tips Jar, you’ll be redirected to PayTm app send money page.
