Twitter Articles is a feature under development and Twitter is continuously working on bringing it as soon as possible.
Recent finding through reverse engineering the micro-blogging app, we got to know about many features. Twitter Articles editor is one of them, as Twitter will provide basic text formatting in their editor for Articles.
Now, in a recent finding by Jane Manchun Wong, a hong kong based app research, she discovered that Twitter will add a section of Top Articles. The Top Articles can be sorted with time-frame ranging from Last hour to Last 24 hours. Twitter users will be able to view the top articles in that particular time-frame.

In the latest update on their Android app they’ve added Quick Snippets in the Retweet and Quote tweet options.
