Samsung began rolling out the August security update from July 27. It’s almost a week now, since updates started rolling out to Samsung Galaxy devices.
The August 2021 Android Security patch/update contains 38 fixes, including a handful of high-level or critical fixes that range from severe to moderate. Fortunately, none of these concerns are specific to Samsung hardware. The updates, on the other hand, guard against a vulnerability involving IV (Initialization Vectors) and UAF (Uniform Access Framework) (Use After Free).
