MediaTek files Trademarks registration for Mystro, Opticore and Invive

As we all know, MediaTek surpassed Qualcomm and emerged as the biggest smartphone microprocessor manufacturers. It’s sudden growth is a result of Huawei ban in U.S. and other factors like growth of midrange smartphone market across the globe. MediaTek partnered with smartphone manufacturers like Samsung, Xiaomi and Honor.

It all contributed to the sudden growth of MediaTek and surpassed Qualcomm as the biggest manufacturer of micro chipsets for Smartphone companies.

On 17 Jun, 2021, DroidMaze editor Abhishek Verma noticed that MediaTek filed three trademark registration application. MediaTek filed trademark registration with the names as MediaTek Mystro, MediaTek Opticore and MediaTek Invive on the European Union Intellectual Property Office(EUIPO).
