Google unveiled their Android 12 Operating System in the Google IO event 2021. since then everyone is waiting for the stable version of Android 12. It is still a beta away from all of us. Android introduced material UI redesign which is just amazing.

Google has began to add this material you UI support in their apps. Google Contact became the first app to get the Material You UI support in the latest update.
In the latest Google Contacts 3.50.3.386954406 update for Android 12 received Material You UI update. So, now the color theming in Google Contacts will follow the system accent color.
Along with the Material You UI, Google Contacts app also got a new animated splash screen. When you open Google Contacts app on Android 12, you’ll get a cool animated splash screen with icon sliding in.
